By using Useful Drawer (the "Site"), operated by MRBN, LLC., you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What the Site provides

The Site offers browser-based design and utility tools that run on your own device. We provide them as a convenience and without any guarantee of availability. We may add, change, restrict, or withdraw any tool or feature at any time.

Your content

You keep all rights to any files you use with the tools and to the output you generate. We claim no ownership over either. Because your files never reach our servers, we have no copy of them.

You are responsible for having the rights to any image or content you use with the tools.

Suggestions and feedback

If you send us a suggestion, an idea for a tool, or feedback — through the forms on the Site or any other way — we may use it freely and without restriction, including by building it, without owing you payment, credit, or anything else. Please don't send us anything you consider confidential or proprietary.

Acceptable use

The interface and mockup generators on this Site are design tools, intended for presentations, tutorials, portfolios, storyboards, marketing comps, social content, and similar creative and illustrative work.

You may not use the Site or anything made with it to:

• Commit fraud, or create material intended to deceive someone into a financial, contractual, or personal decision
• Fabricate evidence, or produce images presented as authentic records in a legal, employment, insurance, academic, or law-enforcement matter
• Harass, defame, impersonate, threaten, or intimidate any person
• Create content that falsely implies affiliation with, endorsement by, or authorship from a person, company, or organization
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

Output from these tools is a depiction of a user interface, not a record of anything that happened. Presenting it as authentic is a misuse of the Site.

Trademarks

MRBN, LLC. is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc., Google LLC, or Samsung Electronics.

iPhone, iOS, and Apple are trademarks of Apple Inc. Android, Google Photos, and Pixel are trademarks of Google LLC. Samsung and Galaxy are trademarks of Samsung Electronics. Each is used on this Site descriptively, to identify the device or application format a particular tool produces.

All interface elements rendered by the tools are original recreations built for this Site. No icons, typefaces, images, or other assets belonging to those companies are reproduced or distributed here.

No warranty

The Site and its tools are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the tools will be error-free, available at any given time, or that output will meet any particular specification.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MRBN, LLC. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site, including lost work or lost data. To the same extent, our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Site is capped at fifty U.S. dollars ($50).

Indemnification

If your use of the Site, something you make with it, or your violation of these terms or of the law leads to a claim against MRBN, LLC. by someone else, you agree to defend us against that claim and to cover the resulting costs and damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees.

Changes

We may update these terms as the Site changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue there.

About these terms

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and MRBN, LLC. about your use of the Site. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that part will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain in effect. If we don't enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
