Android is not just iOS with different corners

Most mockup tools treat Android as an iPhone with a different bezel. The interfaces genuinely differ, and the differences are the first thing an Android user notices in a fake:

The clock sits on the left. iOS puts it on the left too, but centered under the notch — Android pins it hard left, with every status icon collected on the right.
No Dynamic Island. Pixels and Galaxies use a small punch-hole camera, usually centered, sometimes in the corner.
Actions carry text labels. Google Photos writes "Share", "Edit", "Lens", and "Delete" under its icons. iOS Photos shows icons alone.
There is no filmstrip. The iOS Photos viewer shows a strip of neighbouring thumbnails along the bottom. Google Photos doesn't — you swipe.
It ends in a gesture pill, wider and thinner than the iOS home indicator.

Export sizes

Android lays out interfaces in density-independent pixels, where 360dp has long been the reference width. Each preset renders on that grid and scales to the phone's real resolution:

Pixel 8 / 9 — exports at 1080×2400px (Most 6.1–6.3" Android phones at 1080×2400)
Galaxy S24 / S25 — exports at 1080×2340px (Samsung Galaxy S-series at 1080×2340)
Pixel Pro / Galaxy Ultra — exports at 1440×3120px (Quad-HD flagships at 1440×3120)

Questions

What resolution does it export?

Whatever the selected phone actually writes. The Pixel 8 and 9 preset exports at 1080×2400, the Galaxy S-series preset at 1080×2340, and the quad-HD flagship preset at 1440×3120.

Why does the Android layout look so different from the iPhone one?

Because it is different. Android puts the clock on the left of the status bar rather than the right, uses a punch-hole camera instead of a Dynamic Island, labels its bottom actions with text, and ends in a gesture pill. Google Photos also has no thumbnail filmstrip in its viewer — you swipe between photos instead.

Is this Google Photos or Samsung Gallery?

Google Photos, as it appears on a Pixel. Samsung's One UI Gallery is a visibly different app with its own toolbar and typography, so it would need its own tool rather than a preset here.

Do my photos get uploaded anywhere?

No. The tool runs entirely in your browser and there is no server behind it to upload to. Your images are read locally, rendered locally, and gone when you close the tab.

What are dp and why is the canvas 360 wide?

Android lays out interfaces in density-independent pixels so one design works across wildly different screens. 360dp has been the reference width for years, which is why a 1080-pixel-wide phone renders its interface at 3× that grid.
